Shipping arrangement

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer shall pay the shipping costs for the artworks.

After your price inquiry, our logistics team will contact you to find the right shipping quote and organize your shipment.

For shipping outside Italy, each artwork is carefully certified by the Brera Academy of Fine Arts (Milan, Italy).

Delivery time


The delivery in Europe usually takes 2-3 weeks and in the rest of the world it can take up to 3-5 weeks. Some remote cities, countries or islands may have longer delivery times.
We cannot take responsibility for any delays beyond our control, such as customs delays etc.


Shipping costs

Shipping prices vary based on dimensions, weight, insured value and destination country. Shipping costs are calculated by our logistic partners and the costs outside Italy do not include VAT, duties, GTS and the release of the Italian Ministry of Culture Export License.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and all the tracking details from our logistic partners.

Special requests

Special requests such as assembly of the artwork or others can be discussed prior to the shipping quote with our shipping team.

Returns

Please keep in mind that shipping a work of art is a very delicate and complicated operation.

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges are made at your expense and we advise you to use our shipping service.

To start the return procedure, it is necessary to send us an email to info@unicumgallery.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then contact you with the instructions and once we have agreed on the return procedure, you will have a further 14 days to send the artwork(s) back to us.

Items must be returned in the original undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damaged or lost artwork

if the shipped artwork arrives broken or gets lost, you must notify us by email at info@unicumgallery.com and our logistic partner.

If the work arrives broken you must attach as many photos as possible of the broken item in the email.

Each shipment is insured by the shipping company and the insured costs are included in the shipping quote. If the good are lost or damaged, the shipping company will solve the problem.
